We are pleased to announce that Cell and Gene therapy Catapult will participate in Phacilitate’s Advanced Therapies Europe 2022!

This event promises to educate and inspire advanced therapies professionals currently working in Europe, as well as those that are looking to enter the European market.

Ben Mosely, Director of Skills Growth at the Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult, will speak about upskilling and talent development during Roundtable 2. As part of his role, he coordinates and supports the evolving skills agenda across the advanced therapy and medicines biomanufacturing sectors. Ben has over 20 years of experience working at senior levels in large, complex, regulated organizations. He has supported significant growth and driven positive organisational change by creating and executing Skills, L&D, Talent frameworks and strategies aligned to business needs.
